Pokud vzor vytvo\u0159\u00ed zam\u011bstnanec v r\u00e1mci pracovn\u00edch \u00fakol\u016f, pr\u00e1vo na ochranu p\u0159ech\u00e1z\u00ed standardn\u011b na zam\u011bstnavatele (zadavatele).<\/p><h2 data-path-to-node=\"12\"><strong data-path-to-node=\"12\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Platnost a obnova ochrany<\/strong><\/h2><p data-path-to-node=\"12\">Ochrana pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9ho vzoru plat\u00ed 5 let od data pod\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159ihl\u00e1\u0161ky.
