The team at the Patent and Trademark Office Macek and Partners consists of six team members.
- Patent Attorney registered under Certificate No. 437, EUIPO No. 71371
- Patent Attorney with many years of experience in intellectual property law.
During his studies, he completed an internship at a German patent law firm. After years of working as a patent attorney at UNIPATENT, he took over the firm and developed it into Macek and Partners—a comprehensive, international patent, trademark, and law practice. - His main specialization lies in rights to signs and distinctive marks, particularly trademarks and industrial designs, as well as patents and utility models.
- Jiří also specializes in contentious proceedings and advisory services in industrial property rights at national, European, and international levels. Additionally, he conducts training sessions in industrial rights and assists clients in obtaining grants and subsidies, most commonly used for trademark and patent applications.

- A qualified lawyer and linguist. She successfully graduated from three leading universities in the Czech Republic: the Faculty of Law at Masaryk University in Brno (Law), Metropolitan University Prague (Master's in International and Regional Relations in Industrial Property), and the Faculty of Arts at Charles University in Prague (5-year Master's in Bohemian and Slavic Studies specializing in Polish, general, and comparative Slavic studies). Furthermore, she completed a two-year specialized program in industrial property at the Institute of Industrial Property Education of the Industrial Property Office of the Czech Republic.
- In the past, she worked at the European Patent Office (EPO) in Munich in the area of intellectual property and "policies and studies," as well as for an EU institution.
She also brings extensive experience from leading Prague law, patent, and trademark firms, where she worked as an IP specialist on national, European, and international levels. - Services provided in Czech, English, French, and Polish.
- Vladimíra oversees the smooth daily operation of the office. She is an indispensable administrative team member who monitors all deadlines, payments, and changes regarding our clients' industrial rights. Her work also encompasses general administrative duties, primarily including invoicing and correspondence with IP offices and clients.

- Anna provides clients with search services for signs and distinctive marks, specifically focusing on trademarks and industrial designs.

- Evelína focuses on operational workflow and provides comprehensive administrative support in managing our clients' agendas.
- Denisa handles operational tasks, administrative management of the office, and contributes to managing our online presence.
