Trademarks

We conduct comprehensive searches in the Czech trademark register, the international register (WIPO), and the European Union trademark register (EUIPO).
Patents

Utility Models
A utility model is often referred to as a "petty patent." Unlike patents, utility models are not examined to determine whether they meet all statutory criteria. Obtaining a utility model is usually faster, and the legal protection is equivalent to that of a patent.
