Grant Program for 2026

If you are a small or medium-sized enterprise (SME) or a sole proprietor / freelancer and are considering protecting your intellectual property, you can take advantage of financial support from the Ideas Powered for Business Fund, managed by the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).

When registering a trademark or an industrial design, we will gladly handle the grant application process for you, allowing you to save

up to EUR 1,000

on official administrative fees.

What Do You Get by Using the Grant?

  • Reimbursement of 75 % of administrative fees for trademark registration in the CZ or EU
  • Reimbursement of 75 % of administrative fees for industrial design registration in the CZ or EU

When Can You Use the Grant?

  • You are a small or medium-sized enterprise (fewer than 250 employees; annual turnover ≤ €50 million)
  • You are a sole proprietor / freelancer (operating under a business ID)

What Will We Need from You to Submit the Application?

  • Signed solemn declaration
  • A bank statement containing:
    • Bank name and logo to identify the source of the document
    • Company name as the account owner
    • IBAN number with country code
    • BIC/SWIFT code

We will handle everything else for you.

How Does It Work?

Processing the grant application is quick, easy, and requires minimal paperwork. Within a month of filing your trademark or industrial design application, the money is reimbursed into your account.
